I tend to leave the eyes out of my altered/anatomy works. It tends to take it over the edge from cute creepy to just creepy.

what program do you use? I am trying to get fur down in the program, Blender 3D. You know any tips or anything about that?

I use Maya. Grass/fur is a bitch no matter what app you use ;)
